Day 1

Arrival at Chandigarh airport railway station then drive to Mandi .Arrival at Mandi then drop at hotel in Mandi check into the hotel and diner and overnight stay at hotel.

Meal: Breakfast and Dinner
this day after breakfast start your trek from Baggi which is a small village located at an approx. 2-hour drive from Mandi. As you reach your destination, i.e. Prashar Lake, you will be stunned by the surreal beauty of the lake, its floating island, the three-tiered pagoda temple dedicated to sage Prashar which rests beside the lake, and the surrounding mountains. The entire scene is so picturesque that you may as well forget that you have made a laborious climb. You can spend some time taking pictures, talking to the locals. After that return back to manadi . Dinner and overnight stay at hotel .

This day after Breakfast proceed to Narkanda. Narkanda is a good place to explore Lake and Temples. It is about 65km away from Shimla. It is a small Hill station near Shimla that offering spectacular view of the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas'.
Hatu Peak, Hatu Mata Temple and Jor Bagh Campsite are the major attractions here. After all sightseeing back to hotel . Overnight stay at hotel.

General terms and conditions
- The booking rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.
- The above Quotation is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the listed hotels, shall provide similar standards/ alternative accommodations.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
- Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.
- A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
- All hotels in Himachal Pradesh are not centrally heated/cooling enabled. Please check the hotel amenities before booking. Some hotels provide heaters on a direct payment basis during winters and the same can be taken on the ground.
- AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas.
- In case of road closure due to snow and slippery road conditions, our vehicle will not be allowed to drive. As a precautionary measure, only snow jeeps/chained vehicles are allowed to drive. These vehicles can be hired on a direct payment basis or the same can be arranged by us at an additional cost.
- The car may or may not have power windows
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
- Entrance fee and guide charges are not included in the packages. 12. If vehicles will be allowed to go to Rohtang pass the guest will have to bear the expenses on his own if he/she wishes to go to Rohtang pass.
- For 25 Dec And 31 Dec the charges will be extra that will be directly payable at the Hotel. Go Medium Holidays Private Limited will have no role to play in the special package for 25 Dec and 31 Dec.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the honorable High court of Himachal Pradesh.
- Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the guests. Please make sure you enter the correct age of Guests at the time of booking. Guests furnishing incorrect age details may incur charges at the time of travelling/staying.
- GOM reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- No refund shall be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks, Lockdowns or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
- The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an email. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
- Cancellation before 30 days will be charged processing fee equivalent to Rs. 5,000/ per room OR 25% Of Total Package cost Which Ever is higher.
- Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
- Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention Cancellations made within 10 days of start date, 100% tour cost shall be charged as retention.
